FRANCINE, Owner / Accountant / Sales, Hours: Mon–Fri 5–11pm, Francine joined Larry and BSM in 2003, leaving behind her teaching career. She also has a bachelor’s in fine art. Call Francine “After Hours” for polite professional sales service.

CRAIG, Manager / Customer Service / Sales, Hours: Mon–Fri 10–5pm, Guitarist and vocalist for the band lushfarm, Craig has been playing guitar for 13 years, and has been involved in numerous other artistic endeavours.

ANDREW, Guitar Tech / Shipper / Support, Hours: Mon–Fri 10–5pm, Former tech of 6½ years for Ibanez/Tama, Andy is the guitar guru and master of electronics. He is currently the lead guitarist for the band lushfarm and Asexual Woods.

JOE, Web / Videography, With a bachelor’s in fine art and a keen sense of design, Joe is the ideal interweb researcher and prevailing facilitator of multimedia.

AL, Photography, Al has a bachelor’s in photography and plays guitar, bass and drums. Al tells the visual story-so that you know the reality of what you’re getting before you get it.
