14 Day Return Policy

General Return Instructions

Contact Beatstreetmusic.com via telephone (866-920-2328) or e-mail (sales@beatstreetmusic.com) within 3 days of receipt of item to initiate return.

Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase. For a refund, items must be in original condition, show no signs of wear, and be received back within 14 days from date of sale. When trying out your instrument for the first time, please be careful of jewelry, belt buckles, snaps and zippers because these can easily scratch the instrument(s).

Include all original packaging, accessories (power adapters, mouthpieces, straps, etc.) and paperwork (owner’s manual, warranty card, etc.).

Include a copy of the packing list; clearly indicate your reason for returning and your return authorization number.

Please do not write on the manufacturer’s box, manual or warranty card.

Ship your item back via FedEx or UPS. Insure the return item for the full value of your purchase. Customer is responsible for packing the item properly. Items damaged during return shipping will not be refunded and the customer will have to file a claim with the shipping company to cover the cost.

For all returns due to buyer's remorse, customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover expenses associated with the transaction.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in perfect working condition. If you are returning an item because of a flaw, damage during shipment, or because it does not play correctly, we will file a claim with the shipping company (if necessary) and your item will be replaced at no cost to you. If we do not have a replacement we can send you another item of equal or lesser value and refund you the difference, or refund you the full amount.

Allow 2 weeks for return processing and/or replacement. Returns take approximately two weeks to clear and process. Credit card purchases are credited back to the original credit card. All other purchases are refunded by PayPal.

DEPOSITS AND LAYAWAY POLICY

WE DO ACCEPT 20-50% DOWN AND HOLD ITEMS FOR UP TO 90 DAYS.   DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  IF FOR SOME REASON THE ITEM CANNOT BE PAID FOR IN FULL THE DEPOSIT WILL BECOME STORE CREDIT GOOD FOR UP TO ONE YEAR.
